Loreen Dimond

January 14, 1942 - February 02, 2015

DIMOND, Loreen On the morning of February 2, 2015, Loreen Dimond left this earth after a four month battle with cancer. She was with family at the time of passing. Loreen had just celebrated her 73rd birthday. Born on January 14, 1942 in Maywood, CA, Loreen was the only one of five children not born in Michigan and the only one that was born in a hospital. She was a true Cali girl growing up outside of L.A. She attended Pepperdine and was a gifted secretary/bookkeeper, a faithful wife, and a beautiful mother. She lived a full life. Loreen loved God, family, a good gathering, and a warm Cinnamon Dolce. Her faith and example of living the Gospel touched many lives. Loreen was preceded in death by her husband Lewis, mother Elsie, father Lloyd, sister Cecile, and brothers-in-law Don and Carl. Loreen is survived by her two daughters and their spouses-- Laura and David and Sheri and Ben, grandchildren - Kaysie, Emily, James, Steven, Nathan, and Mikaela, sisters - Bertha and Myra, brother Tom, and many nieces and nephews that brought her great joy. Our mother was always there for us. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed. - See more at: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/spokesman/obituary.aspx?n=loreen-dimond&pid=174051613&fhid=12347#sthash.qse1wACy.dpuf
