Lawrence Adam Zambryski

February 26, 1953 - June 26, 2021

Lawrence “Larry” Zambryski Age 68 Larry made his heavenly journey on June 26,2021 at 12:43pm. He lived life to its fullest until cancer knocked on his door. Born to Harry and Betty Zambryski on February 26, 1953, at Mitchell Air Force Base on Long Island New York. Larry grew up in East Northport Long Island and graduated from Northport High School in 1971. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1972 and served in Germany as a Combat Engineer. Following his military service, he attended and graduated from X-Ray Technician School in New York. Larry moved “out west” and worked at various hospitals before settling at Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, where he retired in 2014, after 30 years as an X-Ray and CT Technician. Larry can be described as husband, father, Papa, brother, uncle, cousin, best friend, life-long partner, fly fisherman, adventurer, handyman, cook, etc. The list is endless. He simply loved life and enjoyed every aspect of it. Larry was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Betty Zambryski and his son Nathan. He is survived by his wife Marcie, brother Michael, sister Lori Jean Butterfield, sons Tyson and Brandon, grandsons Mason, Keane and Tiernan, granddaughters Lillian, Vivian and Scarlet as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held at Sunset Chapel, Fairmount Cemetery 5200 W. Wellesley, Spokane, WA on Thursday, July 8 at 11:00 a.m. An interment ceremony with full military honors will be held at the Medical Lake Veterans Cemetery on Friday, July 9 at 9:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery at vanessabehan.givecloud.co
