Kelly Lynn (Howerton) Garcia passed away unexpectedly in her home in Spokane, Washington on December 24, 2021 at the age of 51. Kelly was born on May 18, 1970 in Moscow, Idaho to James and Lynn Howerton. She graduated from West Seattle High School in 1988. Kelly was a loving mother, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed nature, reading, cooking and baking, thrifting, crafting, gardening, crocheting, and taking care of others whenever and however she could. She also loved spending holidays with her family and being around the children. Kelly will be remembered for her beautiful smile, her laugh and sense of humor, and the unconditional love and support she gave to her daughters, among many other things. Kelly was preceded in death by her father, James. She is survived by her daughters Chelsea and Samantha Howerton, her sisters Shana May and Molly Howerton, and her mother Lynn Medina. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
