Born in Republic, WA, on May 31, 1954, with beautiful red hair and big brown eyes, Kelly passed away on October 22, 2014 in Spokane, WA, where she lived and worked. Kelly was the Production Manager & the backbone of the family owned business, Cassel Promotions and Signs, for 27 years. She loved cooking, camping, & caring for others. Kelly is survived by her mother, Lila Howard; her beloved daughters, Meko Millard and Brook Bane Cunningham; precious grandsons, Zach Millard & Austin Bane; and by her siblings, Robin (Phil) Cunningham, Sam (Ann) Cassel, Tracy (Carol) Cassel, & Scott Olsen. She will be missed dearly by many close nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends. Her wish was to have a small family gathering. We love you, Kelly.
