Born in Berkley, CA on 10/13/1948 to the late Rose E. Dickson and Frank A .Tollefson.
He married Victoria (Vickey) Seiler when he was 18 on Dec 2, 1966, he moved his family to Spokane in
1980. He was proud to have served his community as a volunteer fireman, he loved to hunt and fish and
was a member of the Dukes Car club and enjoyed his collection of antique cars over the years.
He was survived by his sister Shelia Adams, daughter Renee (Phil), son Jay (Jennifer), and son Frank
(Angie). He was blessed to have had 6 grandchildren Heather, Sabrina, Brady, Sydney, Emily, Spencer
and 3 great grandchildren Nolan Knox and Cooper. Preceded in death by his wife Vickey Seiler that he
loved and missed dearly.
