Jan Marie Eichler (Age 64) passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 3, 2021, at the Hospice House of Spokane after a long battle with dementia. She was a beloved mother of five and recently became a grandmother when little Milo was born to her oldest daughter and her husband. She is survived by four of her children, Samuel, Jessica, Caroline, and Madeleine. Jan Marie was a talented writer and journalist, working for the Oregonian and wrote articles for many magazines over the years. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Evelyn Coralie Iris. Jan Marie’s memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 26th at 2 p.m. at Liberty Lake Church, 704 S Garry Rd, Liberty Lake, WA 99019.
