Dee was a wonderful woman who lived her whole life in Spokane, WA. She was kind, loving, thoughtful and sassy! She married Russell Shepherd in 1965 and had her daughter Monica before they divorced. She remarried in 1967 to John Gumenberg and had her son Shawn. She loved being with her family and was always getting everyone together. She also loved her dog Spud, who passed just days before her. Some of her hobbies were gardening, her pond, crafting, playing games, shopping, cooking and spending time with her family. She couldn't have been happier getting to spend her last week with all of the people she loved! She is survived by her brother Rich Foster, sister Ginny Toland, daughter Monica Peters, son Shawn Gumenberg, granddaughter Nicole Breesnee, grandson Kris Peters and nephew Eric Hesse. Her family loved her very much and will really miss her! A gathering of friends and family to celebrate her life will be announced at a later time.
