Darrell’s love of music, singing and playing guitar, started in his early high school years. He played in a band with his best friends, performing at school dances. Later he enjoyed jamming with family and his buddies. His musical talents brought joy to everyone’s hearts. He loved the Beatle’s and listening to oldies rock and roll. He had many talents and was a very good artist. In his younger years, he worked in body and fender repair. He developed his painting abilities creating beautiful cars, a few winning placements in the Auto Boat Speed Show. He eventually went to work with his dad and brother in their own body and fender shop. Darrell had a gentle and caring nature and loved celebrating life with his family and friends. His family had many fun times singing Beatle’s songs with him, along with his other favorites. He had his favorite places, including the “K”, where he would spend time with his friends.
