Obituary for Cordella "Corky" May Wood
Cordella "Corky" May Wood (Lawson) (Age 70) passed away peacefully at her home in Reardan, WA surrounded by her family on January 24th, 2018. Her parents, Earl and Florence Lawson were blessed with Corky on July 20, 1947 in Pullman, WA, where she grew up and attended Pullman High School. She was 21 years old when she met her sweetheart, Ron. They were married on July 18th, 1969 in Okanogan, WA. Corky enjoyed many different things in her lifetime including camping, fishing, horseback riding, knitting, and cross-stitch, but most of all she enjoyed being a Wife and Mother. Corky is survived by her husband, Ron Wood of Reardan, Daughters, Angela Wood of Bellevue, Kimmie Cleveland of Reardan, and Grandson, John Blake of Okanogan. She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Florence Lawson of Pullman, her brothers, Joe and Dick Lawson of Pullman, as well as her Son, Scott Wood of Reardan.
