Blanche M. Ward

March 16, 1924 - March 05, 2014

Went to be with her Savior on March 5, 2014, where she will celebrate her 90th birthday and eternity. Blanche was born on March 16, 1924 in Homesville, MN to Oliver and Manda Stave, whose parents were Norwegian immigrants. The family moved to Spokane, WA where Blanche graduated from West Valley High School. Blanche worked at Kaiser Aluminum for more than 25 years, during which time she raised her two daughters, Paula and Pamela. She was a very creative woman who enjoyed baking, sewing, painting and much more. Blanche was preceded in death by her parents, sister, brother-in-law and husband. She is survived by her daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and a nephew. A beautiful and talented lady with a lovely soprano voice - she will be greatly missed.
