On November 15, 2021, Ashley Ruggles (aka Lightfoot) passed away unexpectedly at her home in Spangle, Washington. She was 30 years old. Ashley is survived by her three children Brooklyn, Hudson, and Dylan; her parents Teresa Holm, and Steve and Shami Ruggles; her siblings Ryan Ruggles, Randi Ruggles, Taylor Ruggles, and Joshua Moore; grandparents Ellie Mae Holm, and Rhon and Dee Holm, Randy and Dayle Spahr, and Ione Craner; the children's father Ryan Lightfoot; special friend Josh Baird; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Ashley was born in Havelock, North Carolina, however she spent most of her life in the Fairfield/Spangle area. She graduated from Liberty High School in 2009 and remained active in the community. Ashley was most proud of being a mother to her three children. They were her life, and she would have done anything for them. Ashley had a tremendous sense of humor, always laughing and making others laugh as well. The world has lost a wonderful person and Heaven has gained a beautiful angel. Ashley's family wishes to express their sincere gratitude and appreciation for all of the love, kindness and thoughtfulness given them by them by individuals and the community during their time of bereavement.
