June Irene Bullin

March 16, 1930 - July 10, 2018

June Irene Bullin was called away to our Lord Jesus July 10th 2018 in Spokane Washington. June was born in Moosejaw Saskatchewan, Canada on March 16th 1930. She was an amazing Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and friend, she was also a beloved daughter and sister. Mom had a very rich experience of raising her family in many countries around the world. She loved to read books and could devour a thick novel in no time. She loved music of all kinds and could sing like an angel. June loved to dance and laugh and made many friends very quickly. She could also make an incredible apple pie! Mom was hardly ever idle and if she was it was because she had all of her chores done and everything that anyone needed had been carefully taken care of first. Our mother was a lovely, articulate and very classy lady; anyone who met her fell in love with her immediately. June is survived by her eldest daughter Barbara Stannik and her son David Bodie, 9 Grand Children and 5 Great-Grand Children. Her special gift was making her family feel loved no matter what and in a way that God would be pleased. She truly was a wife and mother of Noble Character. A Graveside Service will be held at Fairmount Memorial Park, 5200 W. Wellesley Ave., Spokane WA 99205 on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 12:30PM, with a Celebration of Life to follow. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601. Proverbs 31:26-31 ...She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue. She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: "Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all." Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Give her the reward she's earned, and let her works bring her praise at the City Gate. I'm Free Don't grieve for me, for now I am free. I'm following the path God laid you see. I took His hand when I heard Him call. I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day, To laugh, to love, to work or play. Tasks left undone must stay that way. I found that peace at the close of day. If my parting has left a void, Then fill it with remembered joys. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, Ah yes, these things I too will miss. Be not burdened with times of sorrow. I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. My life's been full, I've savored much. Good friends, good times,a loved one's touch. Perhaps my time seemed all to brief. Don't lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your heart and peace to thee... God wanted me now; He set me free!
